Come on people only 11 shots to be fired. (I will take one shot, two already fired). The next person who will pull the trigger is probably a jovial person. He/she has contributed before or will contribute for the first time. He/she thinks we are a bunch of serious people, who will get the job done, but too serious for his/her company.
That is not the case at all. To prove it, here is a joke for you, to make you pull the trigger, amused and probably laughing.
Note: It is impossible to crack a joke and make everyone laughs. Invariably it is offensive to someone. I hope it is not the case here. Also, not everyone likes a particular joke; well the objective here is to make only one person laugh (enough to go to google and pull the trigger). An old lady takes the limp body of her rabbit to the vet. She pleads to the Dr �Please please take a look at my dear Pilu. He is not responding at all�. The Dr goes and checks the poor rabbit. �Sorry! But your Pilu is dead�. �No it can�t be the case, help me, help me, please do something�. The Dr says OK and blows a whistle. A cat come and gets on top of the table where Pilu�s body is lying�. She sniffs the body from top to bottom and shakes her head and leaves the room. The dr looks at the old lady and shakes his head too. Old lady protests and says the dr is not doing a good enough job. The Dr again whistles and in comes a Labrador Retriever. The dog also check Pilu and declares that the rabbit is dead. �How much� the lady asks the dr holding Pilu very close to her chest. �$250� the Dr replies.�WHAT $250 TO TELL ME THAT MY DEAR PILU IS NO MORE�. The dr replies back in a very calm tone �it would have cost you 50 when I told you, but you were not convinced and I had to run a lab report and do a cat scam. $100 each�

What address is used by USCIS to send the notice and FP? The receipt # are sent to the lawyer and the applicant I guess. Is the FP notice also sent to the lawyer and applicant?What address is used by USCIS to send the FP? Is it the address we provide in 485,765 AND 131?

Yes, your assumption is wrong. The dates move when USCIS doesn't approve many cases ina month. That leaves DOS to believe that there are no enough demand and hence they move dates forward. but as I said, I am very positive that the movement is to facilitate CP to approve cases. I wont be surprised if they move EB2 further next month.

AILA has reported a very interesting or confusing DOS LegalNet Office letter which one of the members received towards the fact that the consular posts had already been allocated their numbers for the month of July prior to EB visa numbers becoming unavailable on July 2 and that the posts may continue to use their July allocations of EB numbers, and continue to issue Immigrant Visas for the rest of this month, July, for those applicants who were scheduled for IV interviews in July. Hm.....................................

I have done some ground work and am planning to start a company this week - my wife as owner. I have couple of other friends who have filed 485 in June.
My goal for first couple of years is not to make profit but to increase turnover so it would be easier for me to present the company to big corporations and register as preferred vendor. I am planning to pay 96% of the rate to the employee. This way employee will get most of his / her rate without getting into opening their own corporation. At present I am working with attorney to finalize agreement with employee for this.

1st EB3 Labor - Filed on Feb - 2004 in 3rd company in USA
(Labor Gone to backlog and lost job before it sees any light)
2nd EB2 Labor - Nov - 2006 - in 4th company in USA.
(Applied I-140 on Jan -2007- Got denied on May-2009 after two RFE's.)
(Appealed I-140 on June - 2009...still waiting for their response)
RFE was about my 3+3 (Diploma + Engg degree) for Eb2 case.
(Applied for 485 for me and my wife during July Fiasco)
Never used EAD anytime.
(I am going to bear all cost of GC process)
3rd Eb3 Labor - Jan 2010
(Applied I-140 Aug 2010 - Got approved)
Waiting for date to be current for I-485..waiting for another July(any month) fiasco :rolleyes:

If they start processing/approve I-140, they will immi get bombarded with I485/EAD/AP applications. So they are trying to artifically stem down the workload they might get. Also this gives them a chance to clearup the 485 queue ... :-)

Who the hell are you EB2 people to decide that we cannot interfile? Anyway you guys can jump and crib, nothing is going to happen. There are some stupid morons arguing that Eb2's are more qualified, what a farce! Eb3 guys have been waiting longer than EB2 guys for the most part. EB3 people are going to file in EB2, that's the bottom line, you can start a thread, go around squealing!!!!
